Expo House officially opened may 4th 2007 at Nishijin. It is a convergence of different nationalities living in a house. It really embraces a borderless atmosphere and could really be a home away from home. I hope you could be one of our guests in the future. Feel free to keep in Touch.

1. All houses have people between 2-6 only
2. No Key money, Commision, Guarantor only 30000yen Deposit(refundable)
3. All room are fully furnished. Air conditioner, Bed, Bed sheets, Futon, Desk and Chair in a room.
4. Monthly rent includes water, gas, electricity, wirelss internet and daily use for common space
5. Our staff cleans common space about twice a week
6. Not allowed to smoke inside of House
7. We sometimes organize party and short trip to exchange house mates and know more about Japan.
